The GHS NJROTC will host a one-week summer camp again this year in August (2^nd through the 6^th, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).  The camp is not only for those planning to participate in Naval Science/NJROTC during the next school year, but anyone who wishes to mix with others and have some fun.  Camp participants will also learn the very basics about the Naval Science curriculum and the NJROTC program.  Cost is $25.00 per person which includes physical training (PT) shorts and t-shirt, lunch each day, and water/Gatorade/PowerAde throughout the day.  Those signed up for Naval Science program for next year will be awarded a Seaman Apprentice rank and Camp Participation ribbon after successful completion.  These will be awarded at the graduation ceremony on Friday morning at 10.00.  Anyone interested in this camp must pick up a camp package at the GHS Front Office.  If there are questions, please call 727-774-3352 or 3354.
